Description
The Walthers Layout Control System offers an affordable and easy solution for controlling turnouts in HO, N, Z, S, and O Scale layouts. This system can expand as your layout grows and works with both DCC and DC power, as it has an integrated DCC accessory decoder in the switch machine. It uses plug-and-play servo-style wiring with connectors, so you don't need to solder. You can get two types of cables separately to extend your wiring. All items come with user-friendly instructions and appropriate drilling templates for easy mounting on your layout or fascia. With system components like a servo-based slow-motion Switch Machine, Power Distribution Block, LED panel indicator/control pushbutton switches, add-on system cabling, a 2-amp 12V Filtered DC Power Supply, and a three-piece drill set, you can easily build a full control system. The Walthers Layout Control System Dual Color LED Accessory Controller has a compact design for space-saving installation. It features a green/yellow LED indicator that you can adjust to match the Switch Machine settings. It's operated with a single pushbutton. You'll get complete instructions with a mounting template and can use it with the Control System Turnout Drill Set (sold separately). It fits 1/8' or 1/4' (0.3 or 0.6cm) thick panels and comes with a connecting cable that can be easily extended with an Extension Cable (sold separately).

Using the Walthers Dual Color LED Accessory Controller is a breeze. First, make sure your layout is powered off. Decide where you want to install the controller on your layout or fascia. Use the included drilling template to make holes if needed. The controller fits 1/8' or 1/4' (0.3 or 0.6cm) thick panels. Connect the included cable to the appropriate parts of your layout control system. You can expand the connection easily with an Extension Cable (sold separately). When the power is on, you can operate the controller with a single pushbutton. The green/yellow LED indicator will show the status, and you can adjust it to match the Switch Machine settings. As for maintenance, keep the controller clean and dry. Avoid using it in very humid or dusty environments. If you're not using it for a long time, it's a good idea to power it off. And remember, you can use the Control System Turnout Drill Set (sold separately) along with the mounting template for a proper setup.
