The road number is STLC 418, though the picture might show a different one. The St. Louis County, the freelance model railroad of Ed Stoll, is a transition - era terminal railroad focusing on connections and reliable service, with the slogan 'Around the Arch and not Through It.' The black, green, and gold livery is simply gorgeous. By WWII, most classic USRA double - sheathed box cars were rebuilt with steel sides, and these steel - side rebuilds are a great addition to the Atlas HO scale product line.
