The Atlas Trainman 50006030 is an N scale C&O-style steel center-cupola caboose representing C&MI Chicago & Illinois Midland 68 in green and red. Note that the picture might show a different road number. In 1937, the Magor Car Corporation in Clifton, N.J., built the first all-steel cabooses for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad. Along with St. Louis Car Company and ACF, they made 350 cabooses with a similar design by 1949. Many remained in service until the 1980s due to rebuilding and modernization. Similar cabooses were also made for Pere Marquette, Missouri Pacific, and Chicago & Eastern Illinois. This caboose features a crisply molded body, a weighted and detailed underframe, AccuMate® knuckle couplers, and window glazing.

Using this N scale caboose is easy. Just connect it to your train using the AccuMate® knuckle couplers. Place it at the end of your train to complete the look.
