Built by Pullman Standard from the late 1940s to the 1950s, these covered hoppers were used to carry granular bulk goods like cement, soda ash, sand, and grain. This model features a 50 - ton friction bearing or 70 - ton roller bearing (depending on the road name), intricate brake details, Accumate® couplers, and fine painting and printing.
