Atlas 50006037 C&O-Style Steel Center-Cupola Caboose - MNCW Metro North 1064 (blue, white) N Scale

The Atlas Trainman 50006037 presents a C&O-style steel center-cupola caboose for N scale, specifically the MNCW Metro North 1064 in striking blue and white. Note that the picture might show a different road number. The first all-steel cabooses for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad were made in 1937 by Magor Car Corporation. Along with other companies, they built 350 cabooses of a similar design, with the last ones in 1949. Many stayed in service until the 1980s. Similar cabooses were also built for other railroads. This caboose features crisply molded body details, a weighted and detailed underframe, AccuMate® knuckle couplers, and window glazing.
