Description
The ESU 50341 speaker set features a single 11x15mm speaker and comes as a modular soundbox kit suitable for 28mm, 20x40mm, and 16x35mm sizes (all scales). With this new modular speaker baffle set for a single miniature speaker, you can easily build a custom - made speaker baffle for two miniature speakers. You can adjust both the diameter and height according to your needs. Even with one speaker, the audio pressure is much better than a circular speaker of the same dimensions. The popular 11x15mm sugar - cube speaker with 8 Ohm impedance comes with a sealed mounting plate. First, choose one of three base frames based on the speaker type you want to assemble: a 20mm or 23mm - diameter circular frame or a 16x25mm rectangular one. After inserting the speaker into the base frame, you can decide the height of the speaker baffle. The minimum height is 6mm, and you can increase it to 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, or 13mm by adding up to three intermediate frames (two 2mm - high and one 3mm - high). Just use some plastic - suitable glue to fix them. The taller the speaker baffle, the better the bass fidelity, so make full use of the available space.

Using the ESU 50341 speaker set is easy. First, pick the base frame that suits your speaker needs - you can choose between a circular frame with 20mm or 23mm diameter or a rectangular one with 16x25mm. Then, insert the 11x15mm speaker into the base frame. Now, it's time to decide on the height of the speaker baffle. You can start with the minimum 6mm and add up to three intermediate frames (two 2mm - high and one 3mm - high) to increase the height to 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, or 13mm. Use plastic - suitable glue to attach the intermediate frames. Remember, the higher the baffle, the better the bass sound, so try to use all the available space. When it comes to maintenance, keep the speaker set in a dry and clean place. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity. If you need to clean it, use a soft, dry cloth. And when using the glue, make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions on the glue packaging.
