The Digitrax DN166I2 is a high - quality DCC decoder board replacement designed specifically for N scale Intermountain FP7A and FP9A locomotives with motor contact shoes. It comes with 6 FX3 functions, offering a wide range of lighting effects and on/off control. The decoder has dimensions of.472” x 2.165” x.098” (11.98mm x 54.99mm x 2.4 mm) and replaces the DN163I2. With its FX3 function outputs, you can achieve prototypical lighting effects like ditch lights, Mars lights, and strobes. It also features configurable pulse functions, optimized LED or incandescent lamp operation, and function remapping. The Digitrax LocoMotion® System provides smooth, realistic locomotive operation with torque compensation, 128 - speed step operation, and momentum. You can program CVs using any Digitrax - compatible control system without extra equipment. It has a 9 - pin harness, series 6 decoder features, and supports 2 - digit and 4 - digit addressing. Other great features include basic, advanced, and universal consisting, a silent SuperSonic motor drive, and automatic analog mode conversion on DC layouts.
