This Atlas N Scale 40' PS-1 Boxcar represents the Toledo, Peoria & Western #5080, painted in green, yellow, and red. Note that the picture might show a different road number. The 40' Boxcar was a top - choice freight car when railroads switched from steam to diesel. The Pullman Standard or PS - 1 design was especially popular among North American railroads. Built from 1947 to 1963, over 100,000 of these boxcars were made, with minor design differences between railroads and production years.
