This is an HO scale Train Control System, the Bachmann - MB2, with the part number 745 - 1545. It has dimensions of 1.4” x 1.18” x .48” (35.6mm x 30mm x 12.2mm). It's compatible with WOW121 - Steam and EU621. This motherboard is made to replace the existing circuit board in a Bachmann Heavy 4 - 8 - 2. It can receive a WOW121 or EU621 decoder and offers an onboard Keep Alive® (KA2 style) for smooth performance on tricky tracks. Also, it comes with onboard resistors for all LED solder pads. Note: this product needs a decoder to work. You should get an EU621 or WOW121 decoder to use it.

To use this HO scale train control system, first, replace the existing circuit board in your Bachmann Heavy 4 - 8 - 2 with this motherboard. Then, install a WOW121 or EU621 decoder as it won't work without one. Once everything is set up, you'll enjoy smooth and uninterrupted performance even on troublesome tracks thanks to the onboard Keep Alive®. When it comes to maintenance, keep it clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture. If you notice any issues, check the connections of the decoder and the LED solder pads.
