This HO scale Atlas 20005861 50-foot postwar boxcar represents New York Central P&E #4516. It comes in a striking combination of jade green, black, and white, with the 'Quicker via Peoria' marking. Note that the picture might show a different road number. After World War II, railroads ordered many 50-foot AAR boxcars with a standard design that became popular in the late 1940s.
